Professor James Small









 Professor James Small has been an activist since his teenage years. His in-depth knowledge, thought-provoking and calm delivery are influential elements to break the programming of mis-education. Prof. Small is considered a living legend in the fight against Eurocentric distortion of world history and for the liberation of the minds of his people. Much of Bro. Small's expertise is found in African traditional spirituality, Malcolm X, African-American history & culture, and the love for his people. 

He is also CEO of Sanaa Lodge Enterprise, Ghana, Ltd.; CEO & President, African-American Management Company, Ghana, Ltd.; President, Organization of Afro-American Unity (O.A.A.U.); Priest of Oya, Babalorisha, Ifa Tradition; Cofounder of Cultural Heritage African Tours; Vice-President, World African Diasporan Union(WADU); and past President of the Association for the study of Classical African Civilization (ASCAC).

Pro. James Small has traveled extensively lecturing at churches, conventions, seminars, workshops, colleges, and universities, throughout the United States, the Caribbean and Africa. His informative, eye-opening and dynamic presentations has caused him to be recognized as one of the most distinguished activist scholar of our time.

Prof. Small taught for over fifteen years at the City University of New York, including 13 years at the City College of New York's Black Studies Department and two years at New York City Technical College. Prof. Small has taught courses on Malcolm X, Traditional African Religion (Prof. Small is a priest in the Yoruba Spiritual Tradition), Pan-Africanism, Crime in the Urban Community, Urban Crisis and Issues, and African Folklore.

Prof. Small is also currently conducting educational and cultural tours throughout Africa, Haiti and the United States.
